Today is Saturday night and I have been home from the hospital since Wednesday. Things are going well. I got my Nuelasta shot on Thursday so the pain from that shot was the worst yesterday. I’m noticing that each time I get the shot, I start feeling better sooner. The first time I got the shot I was in terrible pain for a week. At this point, the day of and the day after shot are the worst, the second day is tolerable and by the third day I am feeling a lot better. I always plan to stay home the day after my shot. I usually take pain meds and stay in bed. I got sick again this time the day after I got home. Throwing up. This happened last time too but lasted only two days. This time was just one day. I’m feeling a lot better today and I’m sure by Sunday I’ll be almost back to my normal self. Managed to go to a movie today. Also let my daughter have some friends over (which is why I’m still awake at almost midnight ๐ณ I still really like to keep things as normal as possible to help keep myself going. I know I’m technically not supposed to be around crowds of people and public places but I will seriously go crazy being home all of the time. Especially after all this time. I’m looking forward to when I no longer have to worry so much about getting sick and worry constantly about germs. It gets exhausting! For now, I’m going to bed. I took benadryl ( I use that as a sleeping aid and double the dose, works really well), now I’m going to bed!
yay I made the cut โค you girl
